International Tea Day – 2019

International Tea Day is observed annually on December 15. It has been celebrated since 2005 in tea producing countries like India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vietnam, Indonesia, Kenya, Malawi, Malaysia, Uganda, and Tanzania. It is observed to receive and educate the attention of governments and people to the global impact of tea.

Established in 2010, Chai Point’s journey thus far has been driven by our commitment to brighten lives and bring people together. From our first store in Bengaluru, we set upon wanting to bring the Chai ritual to you and every other tea enthusiast across the country in every convenient way possible, and this has led to us expanding into the technology, delivery, machine/dispenser and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) spaces.

Today, we serve 450,000+ cups of Chai/coffee on average to add to a cluster of 150+ stores and 3000+ dispensers spanning 20 cities, with a roadmap to touch as many lives as we can, to give you the best possible Chai experience.

Our teas come with the promise of ‘Garden to Glass.’ They are sourced from the best-quality gardens and plantations and meticulously picked, packaged and shipped. They are put through several levels of quality checks to retain the premium aroma and flavour, preserved right from the picking stage, while ensuring that ethical practices and sustainable norms are adhered to as per set standards.

Garden to Glass is our promise of authenticity and flavour.

Handpicked from only the best tea estates and plantations in Assam and the Nilgiris, our range of Loose Leaf Teas are crafted for the Chai connoisseur that likes to brew his/her own cup of Chai.

We are committed to using only the best produce, grown and sourced from plantations and estates that are ethically sound, while being invested in the sustainability of our planet.

So this International Tea Day, come over to Chai Point and let us gift you the most holistic Chai experience you can get!

Chai Point wishes each and every one, a pleasant and refreshing International Tea Day.
